The reveal emphasised what the founders see as their moat: not telemedicine alone, which is increasingly commoditised, but a vertically-focused AYUSH engine that combines qualified practitioner supply, AI-assisted intake and guidance, and a preventive, metrics-led model of continuing care. In a market where most digital-health players are allopathic-first, an AYUSH-native platform with an AI layer is a genuinely differentiated position.
The doctors present responded with detailed engagement — probing the app's clinical workflows, its consultation features, and the mechanics of how AI would support, rather than replace, practitioner judgement. For a supply-side business, that level of scrutiny from prospective providers is a healthy early indicator of product-market fit.
Traction on day one: 100+ doctors onboarded
Perhaps the most investor-relevant outcome of the launch was supply-side traction.
