Young Adventure Star Saesha Mangesh Raut, Aged 9 Years, Achieves Solo Paragliding Success

In an inspiring achievement in adventure sports, Saesha Mangesh Raut, a 9 years & 9 months old girl from Maharashtra, has become the Youngest Paraglider Pilot after successfully completing a solo paragliding flight at Bir Billing, Himachal Pradesh.
Saesha received intensive training at the well-known Anti Gravity Institute, where she learned the essential techniques of paragliding under expert supervision. The achievement was made possible with the support of the institute’s committed team members, including Sushant Thakur, Sonu, Gaurav, Anshika Rana, Bhanu, Hritik, Sunny, Akshu, Karan, and Krish, who guided and encouraged her throughout the training sessions.
On 15 May 2026 at 6:00 AM, Saesha performed her solo flight from an altitude of 2452 meters under the supervision of expert instructors Rakesh Kumar and Vikash Thakur. She remained airborne for 13 minutes and 37 seconds, demonstrating excellent balance, focus, and flying control.
The entire performance was officially monitored using GPS tracking systems and altimeter devices, ensuring complete transparency and accuracy of the flight.
According to instructors, Saesha showed remarkable confidence and discipline during her training period. Her fearless attitude and willingness to learn helped her master the technical aspects of paragliding at a very young age.
Saesha’s interest in adventure sports was inspired by her father, who is himself an experienced paraglider pilot. With continuous encouragement from her family and trainers, she had already completed several successful flights before accomplishing this milestone.
Her achievement has now become an inspiration for young children interested in adventure sports and has earned appreciation from the wider paragliding community across the country.
