The festival programme reflected the company’s effort to recognise the people involved in its day-to-day operations. Employees, site teams and channel partners contribute to different stages of a real estate project, from coordination and construction activity to customer engagement. Diwali provided an occasion for the organisation to acknowledge their work and bring members of its wider professional network together.
Festive Gathering at Roosero Elena in Zirakpur
At Roosero Elena, the group’s residential development in Zirakpur, festive decorations formed the setting for the celebrations. Team members took time away from their regular responsibilities to participate in the occasion and mark the festival together. The gathering brought an informal, community-focused element to the workplace, with the festival serving as an opportunity to recognise collective efforts across departments and project operations.
The Zirakpur celebration was part of a wider observance that extended beyond the company’s local base. Roosero Group also marked Diwali at its Himachal Pradesh locations, taking the festivities to teams associated with its hill developments.
Diwali Celebrations Extend to the Himalayan Hills
At Azul Villas and Nestling Woods, the mountain surroundings provided a different setting for the festival. The celebrations connected teams working across two regions through a shared occasion, while reflecting the geographical spread of the group’s real estate portfolio. Employees and associates in the hill locations were included in the festivities, allowing the occasion to be observed across the organisation rather than at a single office or project.
The group’s developments represent different residential settings. Roosero Elena is located in Zirakpur, while Azul Villas and Nestling Woods are among its projects in Himachal Pradesh. Bringing the teams together for Diwali across these locations highlighted the people involved in managing and supporting projects in varied environments.
Gifts Presented to Channel Partners and Business Associates
As part of the celebrations, Diwali hampers were prepared and distributed to channel partners and business associates. The gesture was intended as a mark of appreciation for their association with the company. The preparation and distribution involved coordination by team members, adding another part to the organisation-wide festival activity.
Channel partners play a role in connecting prospective homebuyers with property projects, while business associates support different operational and professional requirements. The festival outreach offered the company an opportunity to acknowledge these relationships and the contribution of its extended network.
A People-Focused Occasion for the Real Estate Sector
For real estate companies, the idea of home is closely connected with family gatherings, celebrations and everyday community life. Diwali, one of the country’s widely observed festivals, carries particular significance around these themes. Roosero Group’s celebrations across Zirakpur and Himachal Pradesh brought this association into the workplace, with employees and partners sharing the occasion at the locations linked to its projects.
Commenting on the occasion, founder Amit Dua joined the Roosero team in extending festive wishes to employees, partners and the wider community. The company said the celebrations were an opportunity to express gratitude to the people associated with its work and to look ahead to the coming year with renewed focus.
The Diwali observance across Roosero Elena, Azul Villas and Nestling Woods concluded with the group extending wishes for peace, prosperity and happiness. By marking the festival across its offices and project locations, Roosero Group brought together teams from different regions for a shared celebration centred on appreciation, participation and community.
