The Ro Stars of India Fund operates as a curated flexi-cap portfolio, maintaining a concentrated selection of 32 high-conviction stocks. Instead of relying solely on a central internal team, the fund employs a unique multi-advisor/ multi-strategy approach, partnering with specialist managers who possess 15 to 20 years of experience in specific market-cap segments to capture India’s full growth scale.

While the equity allocation targets high-growth sectors such as BFSI (19.29%) and Industrials/Capital Goods (19.23%), a dedicated allocation to government securities and arbitrage strategies, currently at 16.42%, provides stability during market corrections. This acts as a counterbalance to equity drawdowns, aiming to deliver a smoother return profile for long-term investors.
The launch reflects a strategic pivot as Indian markets enter a valuation-driven phase. The portfolio is currently positioned in companies with strong operational efficiency and low debt levels, with a Portfolio Debt-to-Equity ratio of 0.26. Key holdings include Solar Industries India Ltd. (6.22%), Data Patterns (India) Ltd.(5.43%), and ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd. (5.15%), reflecting a preference for high-conviction "Make in India" businesses.
