Milind’s upbringing was steeped in the love and support of his family. His father, Shri Purushottam Kamble, served as an officer with Air India, while his mother, Sulekha Kamble, devoted herself to homemaking. Milind’s creative spirit was further nurtured by his siblings, Chitra Kamble Singh and Purva Sachin Mohite, and his cousin, Avinash Madhavrao Jadhav, whose influence as a seasoned director would later become pivotal in Milind’s career.
His educational foundation was built at St. Mary’s Multipurpose High School in Vashi, where his curiosity was ignited. He later delved into industrial electronics at the Fr. Agnel Polytechnic, but his passion was truly awakened in the fields of computer hardware, software, motion camera work, and film editing.

His versatility is showcased in projects like Bhook: The Hunger (2014), Tezaab: The Burning Wound (2015), and the Marathi film Zala Bobhata, where his role as a DI-Colorist highlighted his broad artistic range.
