Kenneth’s Expertise and Achievements
Kenneth, founder of Atlas Learning, has spent more than 22 years helping organizations improve performance and leadership. He is recognized as Asia's first OKR coach and was previously a co-founder of OKR International. Kenneth serves as an adjunct faculty member at UpGrad, Duke CE, NIIT, Emeritus etc., and has delivered leadership, performance, and capability-building programs at institutions including IMI Delhi, SP Jain School of Global Management, and several IIMs. Companies that have worked with him include Bosch, Thermax, WeWork, Mattel, Colgate, L'Oréal etc. In 2026, Atlas Learning partnered with Tata Digital to support the implementation of OKRs across the organization.
