That vision became The KariGhars.
The company was later joined by Vinayak Chadha, who today serves as Managing Director. Together, the leadership team helped build a design organisation focused on combining creativity with structured execution and client-centric processes.
The name itself reflects the company’s philosophy. Inspired by the word “Karigars”, referring to skilled craftsmen, and “Ghars”, meaning homes, The KariGhars was created around the idea that a home is ultimately brought to life by the people who design and craft it.
Over the years, the studio has grown from its early beginnings into an established luxury interior design company with more than 15 years of industry experience. The company says it has completed more than 8,000 projects, covering apartments, villas and premium residences.
What has remained consistent throughout this journey is the focus on understanding the homeowner.
At The KariGhars, the design process begins with understanding the client’s requirements, lifestyle and aspirations before moving into space planning, design intent and estimation.
