The story began in 2021, when founders Hatim Shakir and Mustansir Mukadam found themselves at an unexpected crossroads after their 10th-grade board examinations were cancelled. What started as an experimental T-shirt venture during an uncertain academic phase gradually evolved into a serious business pursuit.
In its early days, the venture functioned as a retail-focused custom T-shirt label. The founders personally handled everything, from designing and sourcing to production coordination and direct client communication. This hands-on experience shaped their understanding of market realities and operational discipline.
After completing 12th grade, both founders made a bold decision to take a gap year to build the company full-time. At an age when most chose traditional academic paths, they chose entrepreneurship. The year brought financial uncertainty, external doubts, and no guaranteed roadmap. Yet, consistent effort and self-belief became their foundation.
Recalibration, Partnership and Strategic Relaunch
In 2022, operations were temporarily paused to reassess scalability and long-term positioning. Instead of viewing it as a setback, the founders treated it as a strategic reset.
A pivotal shift came in March 2023 when Hamza Bamboat joined as a partner. With renewed structure and sharper focus, the business relaunched as a full-scale B2B custom apparel solutions brand catering to corporates, institutions, clubs, and sports leagues.
The brand moved beyond retail into scalable bulk production, premium material sourcing, and structured in-house design support. Its positioning evolved from being a printing vendor to becoming a branding partner.
Scaling Across Borders
Since its relaunch, the company has expanded across India, parts of Africa, and the GCC region, particularly Dubai. A growing portion of revenue now comes from international markets, supported by reliable supplier networks and export capabilities.
Participation in the Africa Trade Expo marked a significant step in strengthening cross-border partnerships across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and other parts of Africa, Oman, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, reinforcing its global intent.
SBT10: A Milestone of Operational Maturity
A defining achievement in the brand’s journey has been securing SBT10, an international cricket tournament featuring 16 teams and over 250 players. This opportunity was built on nearly two years of groundwork, beginning with servicing grassroots-level community tournaments.
Executing SBT10 required precise customization, individual player names and numbers, sponsor integrations, team-specific designs, and strict branding guidelines. Alongside team merchandise, organizer apparel was also managed to maintain cohesive tournament branding.
Successfully delivering this league demonstrated the company’s operational capability in handling high-pressure, multi-team international assignments, marking its transition from grassroots service provider to international apparel partner.
