Her connection with the Ayurveda tradition came when she got an opportunity to exhibit her products at corporate events during their nutrition week where she had also done body analysis (prakurti analysis).
She has penned down healthy recipes that are laced with flavour, zest and balance. She hopes to release her E-book very soon. Speaking of future plans, Yogita hopes to launch her Wellness Salon that would cater to all kinds of beauty treatments as per the body type, Ayurveda facials, Special diabetic pedicure and much more!!!
