Creativity and Music Take Centre Stage in Noida
Held at TCO1's Hybrid Experiential Learning Centre (HELC) in Noida, the Connect Hub featured a vibrant line-up of interactive experiences that kept students engaged throughout the day.
Children enthusiastically crafted friendship bracelets, explored their creativity through colourful paint tattoo art, and participated in fun-filled games such as Musical Hoops, where parents and children teamed up to share moments of laughter and friendly competition.
The excitement continued with an energetic music jamming session led by experts from the team of renowned musician Ehsaan Noorani, organised in collaboration with Torrins, TCO1's music partner. The session brought students and parents together through rhythm, music, and creativity, highlighting the importance of the arts in holistic education.
Building Connections Beyond the Screen
“An online school should never mean an isolated learning experience. Connect Hub reflects our commitment to creating opportunities where students can interact, collaborate, and build meaningful friendships while continuing to enjoy the flexibility of online education. These experiences play an important role in every child’s social and emotional development.”
— Ms. Divya Jain, Founder, The Class Of One
Adventure and Active Play in Mumbai
The Mumbai Connect Hub offered students and their families an equally memorable experience at a trampoline park, where they bonded through active play, adventure, and shared experiences. The event created an atmosphere of excitement and joy, giving students another opportunity to strengthen friendships beyond the virtual classroom while encouraging parents to participate alongside them.
“Across both cities, we saw the same thing, children forming friendships over shared laughter, whether it was a music jam in Noida or bouncing together at a trampoline park in Mumbai. These moments of unstructured joy are just as important to a child’s development as anything they learn in the classroom, and watching parents join in made the experience even more special.”
— Ms. Puja Khurana, Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer, The Class Of One
A Community That Extends Beyond the Screen
Across both cities, the overwhelming response from families reflected the impact of the initiative. Parents appreciated the opportunity to see their children interact confidently with classmates and teachers in a relaxed setting, with many sharing positive feedback about the thoughtfully curated experiences. The enthusiasm of the students was equally evident, with many reluctant to leave even after the events had concluded which is a testament to the strong sense of belonging fostered by TCO1's learning community.
“What stayed with us most was how reluctant the children were to leave at the end of the day. That reluctance told us everything about the bonds they had formed in just a few hours. Connect Hub gives our students a chance to be children together, away from screens, forming friendships that carry into their everyday learning.”
— Ms. Manisha Bhagee, Principal, The Class Of One
Looking Ahead: Expanding the Connect Hub Journey
As one of India's leading global online schools, TCO1 continues to redefine education by combining personalised online learning with meaningful real-world experiences that nurture curiosity, creativity, confidence, and collaboration. Following the success of the Noida and Mumbai editions, TCO1 plans to expand Connect Hub to more cities, enabling even more students to experience the joy of learning, friendship, and community beyond the virtual classroom.
