Gryffindor Academy is an Indian Ed-Tech Startup focused on Industry-Training, recently announced that they will give monthly menstruation leaves to their female staff.
The Founder of Gryffindor, Mr Rahul Dass, made this decision. His words are, "Our organization has 95% of female staff, and every month we receive multiple apologies from the female staff about being unable to work because of Mensuration. So as employees' health should be the 1st priority of any organization, we have decided to give our female staff two days of menstruation leave every month."
