Napplied Is Building the Infrastructure Layer for Hiring — Not Another Tool in the Stack
Hiring Workflow Intelligence for employers. Persona Intelligence for job seekers. Built by people who've built this category before.

New Delhi [India], September 3: Recruiting has become an arms race neither side is winning. Job seekers use AI to apply faster; employers use AI to screen faster and filter most of it back out. The paradox is measurable — among companies already using AI in hiring, 82 percent apply it to résumé screening, while 62 percent say they now reject résumés that read as generic, unpersonalized AI output. Greenhouse's CEO calls the result a “doom loop”: both sides using AI against each other, making hiring worse for everyone at once. Trust runs in opposite directions on each side — Gartner found only 26 percent of applicants trust AI to evaluate them fairly, even as Greenhouse's own research found 70 percent of hiring managers trust it to decide faster and better.

It bites hardest in the roles companies can least afford to get wrong. The global cybersecurity workforce gap hit 4.8 million in 2026 (ISC2), a shortfall the World Economic Forum says needs an 87 percent workforce increase to close. On the AI side, LinkedIn's 2026 Jobs on the Rise report ranks AI Engineer the fastest-growing U.S. job title, postings up 143 percent year-over-year — demand no keyword search or generic ATS was ever built to match.
