The foundation aims to encourage people to understand that animal welfare requires more than occasional feeding. Proper care includes food, shelter, timely medical assistance and support when an animal is injured or abandoned.
Manu Shatrupa Foundation's Commitment to Gau Seva
Gau Seva holds a special place in Indian traditions, but caring for cows also involves practical responsibility. Cows living on roads can be exposed to traffic, extreme weather, injuries and food shortages.
Through its Gau Seva initiatives, Manu Shatrupa Foundation works to provide support for cows requiring care and assistance. The organisation's activities include cow feeding, rescue support, medical assistance and shelter-related care.
The foundation's Gau Seva initiatives are also associated with Gausuta Anjali Ji, helping people find ways to participate in cow welfare and contribute towards the care of animals in need.
Cow Rescue and Emergency Support
One of the important areas of animal welfare is timely assistance for injured or vulnerable animals. A cow involved in a road accident or suffering from illness may require immediate attention.
Manu Shatrupa Foundation works to support rescue and emergency care for cows that need assistance. People who come across an injured or abandoned cow can contact the organisation through its emergency helpline to seek guidance and assistance.

By connecting local communities with animal welfare support, such initiatives can help create greater awareness about responsible action when animals are found in distress.
Medical Care for Cows
Medical treatment is another important part of cow welfare. Injuries, infections and illnesses can become serious if animals do not receive timely care.
Manu Shatrupa Foundation supports medical care as part of its broader Gau Seva mission. Contributions towards medicines, medical kits and treatment can help provide essential resources for cows requiring attention.
The foundation encourages people who want to support animal welfare to consider medical seva as one meaningful way of contributing.
Food and Fodder Seva
Regular food and fodder are essential for the health and well-being of cows. Rescued, abandoned and vulnerable cows may particularly depend on organised feeding and shelter arrangements.
Manu Shatrupa Foundation promotes food and fodder seva to help meet the daily nutritional requirements of cows under care. Supporters can contribute towards fodder and daily feeding according to their capacity.
Even a small contribution towards feeding can become meaningful when a community comes together to support animal welfare consistently.
Cow Adoption and Long-Term Support
People looking for a long-term way to participate in Gau Seva can consider cow adoption. A cow adoption programme allows supporters to contribute towards the ongoing care of a cow.
Regular support can help meet expenses related to food, shelter, medical care and other daily requirements. It also gives individuals and families an opportunity to remain connected with Gau Seva beyond a one-time donation.
Manu Shatrupa Foundation encourages people to choose a form of seva that suits their interest and ability to contribute.
Online Donation for Gau Seva
Online donations have made it easier for people to support charitable and animal welfare initiatives, even when they live outside the local area.
Through its online donation facilities, Manu Shatrupa Foundation provides opportunities for supporters to contribute towards Gau Seva and animal welfare activities. Donations can help support areas such as cow feeding, medical care, rescue assistance and daily maintenance.
People can visit the foundation's official website to learn more about available donation and seva options.
Community Participation in Animal Welfare
Animal welfare cannot depend only on one organisation. Community participation is equally important. People can contribute by reporting injured animals, supporting feeding initiatives, volunteering, donating or spreading awareness.
Manu Shatrupa Foundation aims to encourage this spirit of participation by making Gau Seva accessible to people from different backgrounds.
The foundation believes that responsible animal care is a shared social responsibility and that collective efforts can create a greater impact.
Gau Seva and Animal Welfare in Delhi
Delhi's busy roads and rapidly developing urban areas can create difficult conditions for stray animals. Cows may face traffic-related injuries, food shortages and other risks while moving through urban areas.
Local welfare initiatives can help provide a connection between people who want to help and animals that need assistance. Manu Shatrupa Foundation's activities in Kanjhawala, Delhi, are focused on supporting cows and encouraging greater awareness of animal welfare.
