Lokhande Industries, a manufacturing company based in Palghar, Maharashtra, has been operating in the key ring and chain production segment since 1978. Founded by Mr. Shrikant Lokhande, the company produces a wide range of products, including V-ring chains, anchor chains, flat ring chains, and blank key chains. 

Over the years, it has built a steady reputation for delivering reliable, lightweight, and durable products while maintaining cost efficiency and customization for bulk buyers.

The company’s manufacturing operations are supported by a structured production unit divided into specialized departments such as research and development, quality testing, packaging, and distribution.

As a result of these changes, Lokhande Industries recorded a 166% increase in per-person production, reflecting a significant improvement in workforce productivity. 

Per-person profit also increased by 164%, indicating stronger cost efficiency and better absorption of fixed expenses. The company further reported a 30% increase in PAT margins, demonstrating improved financial performance driven by operational discipline.

The transformation has also enabled the company to take a more strategic view of its future. Lokhande Industries is now planning to diversify into end-to-end pharmaceutical manufacturing, a move that aligns with its objective of entering a higher-value and scalable segment.

In addition to strategic direction, Lokhande Industry was supported by a dedicated team of consultants who conducted a detailed diagnosis of the business.
