Founded by Devjanni Mitraa, IGLAM is not just a pageant platform—it is a movement empowering individuals to embrace their identity and showcase their true potential.
During the 2025–26 season, IGLAM has continued expanding its presence across West Bengal, Bihar, Manipur, Assam, Nagaland, Uttar Pradesh, and Jharkhand, discovering and nurturing hidden talent from every corner of India. The mission remains clear—to create a platform where talent matters more than age, background, or geography.

What makes IGLAM truly unique is its inclusivity. The platform welcomes children, youth, and women of all age groups from 3 years to 70 years, giving aspiring talents an opportunity to shine on national and international platforms.
Apart from national-level competitions, IGLAM is also successfully organizing major state-level contests in Bengal and Bihar, creating opportunities for regional talents to gain exposure, professional grooming, and industry recognition. The platform acts as a gateway to national and international pageants, helping aspiring models and performers prepare for bigger stages and global opportunities.
