What distinguishes SEASONS BY SARAH from other emerging labels is its fully remote, made-to-measure design process — a system Regi built herself so clients outside India could commission bespoke bridal and occasion wear without visiting in person. Clients consult with Regi online, review original sketches, select colourways and fabrics, and are guided through measurement via video call, with Regi personally overseeing each garment from concept sketch to final fitting. This has allowed the label to take on international commissions despite being a young, independent studio.

As founder, Regi's role spans concept development, garment design, client consultation, fabric sourcing, branding, production oversight and creative direction — functioning as both principal designer and creative director of the label. She has also taken on external styling and collaborative projects alongside her own collections, work that has extended her design practice beyond SEASONS BY SARAH itself.

Regi's path into fashion began early: she grew up around fabric and tailoring, in part through her mother Reny Regi, who has run her own boutique since 2013. That grounding led Regi to formally train in fashion design before founding her own label.
