Their entrepreneurial journey dates back to 2017, when they began working on freelance assignments and developing their expertise through practical projects.
According to the founders, they have delivered 187 projects during the past two years across their evolving project portfolio, reflecting their transition from independent freelancing to a more structured technology and consulting business. Both founders received appreciation in July 2026 from Rivaba Ravindrasinh Jadeja, Gujarat’s Minister of State for Primary, Secondary and Adult Education.
How Shubham Sanjaysinh Rajput and Dev Virendrakumar Solanki Started Their Entrepreneurial Journey
For Shubham Sanjaysinh Rajput and Dev Virendrakumar Solanki, freelancing provided early exposure to client expectations, technical challenges and business operations.
They observed that organizations frequently required more than isolated solutions.
A company might invest in digital marketing without an efficient customer management system. A manufacturer could have access to operational data without the tools needed to interpret it. A growing enterprise might use multiple applications that fail to communicate effectively.
Instead of remaining limited to individual freelance services, they wanted to build an organization capable of integrating technology, strategy and creative thinking under one consulting relationship.
That vision became Y2WAY Universal Consultancy.
Specializing in AI, Custom Algorithms and Business Optimization
A significant part of the company’s focus is the development of customized algorithms and optimization strategies that address specific operational requirements.
Y2WAY Universal Consultancy approaches technology development by studying existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and designing solutions that can simplify business operations.
Its services span artificial intelligence applications, customized CRM software, smart automation, digital transformation, software engineering, industrial technology, business strategy and creative services.
The founders aim to make automation more practical for organizations that may not benefit from standardized, one-size-fits-all software products.
Potential applications include automating repetitive reporting, improving information management, organizing customer interactions and developing better visibility into industrial workflows.
By combining software development with business analysis, the company seeks to provide solutions that consider both technical performance and day-to-day operational needs.
A Multidisciplinary Presence Across More Than 12 Sectors
Y2WAY Universal Consultancy describes its industry reach as extending across more than 12 sectors and solution areas.
These include manufacturing, industrial IoT, smart automation, CRM and sales technology, healthcare, fitness and wellness, education and EdTech, retail and e-commerce, hospitality, logistics and supply chains, finance and compliance, and media and digital marketing.
The company’s cross-industry positioning reflects the founders’ belief that technology-driven business improvements can be valuable across different types of organizations.
From Freelance Revenue to a Broader Consulting Business
What began as project-based freelance work has grown into a consultancy with multiple service categories, an expanding delivery portfolio and ambitions to develop longer-term business relationships.
Its reported milestone of 187 projects over two years forms part of that growth narrative.
The founders believe the next phase of opportunity lies in making artificial intelligence and automation more relevant to everyday business operations. They see particular potential in helping Indian companies adopt solutions that improve efficiency without introducing unnecessary complexity.
The Vision: Contributing to India’s Next Technology Revolution
As Indian industries explore more advanced digital systems, Shubham Sanjaysinh Rajput and Dev Virendrakumar Solanki intend to position Y2WAY Universal Consultancy as a contributor to that transformation.
Their long-term vision includes developing innovative software, improving automation strategies, creating intelligent business systems and expanding access to practical AI applications.
From starting their journey in 2017 to building a consultancy supported by a reported 187-project portfolio in the past two years, they are working to establish a lasting presence in India’s AI and technology landscape.
For Y2WAY Universal Consultancy, the objective is not merely to participate in the growth of India’s digital economy, but to help businesses find a more intelligent and efficient way forward.
