Dr. Vivek Bindra and Bada Business Private Limited Drive Akupaad Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Transformation with Reduced EMI Burden and 8x Growth Outlook Over the Next Two Years

Akupaad Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (AMPL), a Raebareli-based solar EPC company led by founder Mr. Sachin Srivastva, has recorded significant business transformation following its strategic partnership with Dr. Vivek Bindra and Bada Business Private Limited.

Operating in the renewable energy sector, AMPL delivers solar installation solutions for residential and commercial clients, supporting the increasing adoption of clean energy across Uttar Pradesh.

With over 15 years of industry presence, the company has built capabilities in executing solar projects with a focus on efficiency and reliability. Its offerings include installations designed to reduce electricity costs by up to 70%, supported by warranties of over 25 years and integrated monitoring systems. The company has served a growing customer base, aligning its services with the rising demand for cost-effective and sustainable energy solutions.

Before partnering with Bada Business, AMPL faced constraints that limited its ability to scale operations. The company operated from a single branch in Raebareli and maintained a monthly installation capacity of around 100 sites. A key challenge was the high financial burden, with an annual EMI obligation of approximately ₹5 crore. This restricted cash flow and reduced the company’s ability to reinvest in expansion, infrastructure, and operational capacity.

The Idea to IPO engagement with Bada Business Private Limited focused on addressing these structural challenges through a combination of financial restructuring, business model alignment, and operational improvements.

One of the primary outcomes was the restructuring of existing debt.

The company reduced its annual EMI obligation from ₹5 crore to ₹2 crore, lowering its finance cost burden by over 60%. This shift significantly improved liquidity and enabled AMPL to allocate resources toward growth initiatives and execution capacity.

Alongside financial restructuring, the company repositioned itself from a traditional EPC contractor to a technology-driven solar platform. This strategic shift improved its market positioning and created a foundation for scalable growth. A structured business model was implemented to align operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in execution and service delivery.

Process digitization further strengthened operational efficiency under the Idea to IPO engagement.

By introducing technology-enabled systems, AMPL reduced reliance on manual workflows, improved transparency, and enhanced project tracking. These changes contributed to better customer experience and faster execution cycles.

The impact of these interventions is reflected in the company’s operational scale. Monthly installation capacity increased from 100 sites to a run-rate of 500 sites, marking a fivefold improvement. At the same time, AMPL expanded its presence from a single branch to six locations across Uttar Pradesh, including Lucknow, Kanpur, Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, and Bahraich.

Financial performance also improved in parallel. The company recorded revenue growth of 3.4x and a profit after tax growth exceeding 3.5x. With improved financial stability and a scalable operational model, AMPL has outlined an aggressive growth roadmap and is targeting an 8x expansion over the next two years.

Bada Business also supported the company in strengthening its strategic positioning for future growth. This included building a clear investment narrative, preparing the business for institutional capital, and enabling access to strategic partnerships. The company has aligned its growth strategy with government policies and the national solar mission, allowing it to leverage subsidies and ecosystem support effectively.

Speaking on the transformation, Mr. Sachin Srivastva said, “Ever since this collaboration with Bada Business Pvt. Ltd., our financial burden has been in check, our cash flow has improved, and our productivity has increased. As a result, we are now able to focus more effectively on execution, expansion, and building a scalable model.

AMPL’s journey highlights how financial restructuring combined with strategic and operational alignment can drive scale in emerging sectors. From a single-location operation with limited capacity to a multi-city solar platform with a clear 8x growth trajectory, the company’s transformation reflects a structured approach to sustainable business expansion.
