As a student, Vireesh had no clarity and did not know where he was going or what could be the right career for him. Like everyone else, he had followed the trend and the reference he had in the family. He finished his engineering degree and started working in sales and business development. Looking at his hard work and the results he was getting for his company, he was promoted to Assistant Manager.
But somewhere deep inside he was not happy with the way he was living. Because at that point, he knew that making money was not his passion. Vireesh’s true calling is to contribute to the lives of others. He started attending webinars and seminars and underwent rigorous coaching. Fortunately, he got the clarity he wanted and decided to quit his job and help others who were stuck in life just like him.
His father earned more respect in society than money and he grew up seeing him helping others selflessly. Contribution is one of the top 5 values of his life, and so he was always looking for ways to help others. At a very young age, his dad made him realize the value of every penny and taught him how to respect the efforts of others. His dad was always focused on empowering others for their own good, and Vireesh always loved this quality of his dad and now he is walking the same path. As a certified career coach and digital marketing trainer, He helps people turn their passion into money.
Having been in the sales & business development field for over 10 years, He has had the opportunity to meet several hundred people in his career. He has made some good friends at all levels of organizations. After interacting with all these people, he has come to understand that no matter what position people are in, they are not happy.
He thought to himself that he was not the only one who was not happy even when earning a good salary in a company, but that there are others who are suffering because they do not know what they can do to get out of this situation and live a fulfilling life. That's when he found a way to follow his true calling, which is to help others, and he became a career coach.
He started with a clear idea and a definite gut feeling that if he takes calculated risks and implement his plans effectively, he will be able to make money and overcome all the problems in his life. After about 6 months of starting his digital marketing agency, he decided to share his experience with others and help them get out of the 9-to-5 race without taking a big risk, so he started his online career coaching program. So far, he has trained more than 900 people, including students, professionals, stay-at-home moms, and business people. He says it gives him great pleasure when he hears from his students that their lives have changed because of his work. This makes him even more responsible to deliver the best results every time and motivates him to work tirelessly.
We live in a social age! If you can solve a problem for others, if you have a talent, an interest, or an experience in a particular field, then you can make more money and live life on your own terms. All you need is your passion, a cell phone and PC. Today he makes more money than his job sitting at home.
