Vaibhav Maloo: Betting on Systems & Scale, as Capital Discipline Returns

As Indian enterprises navigate a prolonged phase of capital discipline and global uncertainty, leadership priorities are undergoing a decisive shift. The era of growth at any cost is giving way to a renewed focus on resilience, governance and operational coherence. Against this backdrop, Vaibhav Maloo, CEO of Enso Webworks and Managing Director of Enso Group, is positioning his company around a structural thesis: productivity in the next decade will depend less on more software and more on integrated systems.
Enso Webworks has announced the rollout of 11 interoperable enterprise platforms aimed at addressing fragmentation inside digital workplaces. Three platforms — InfoProfile, InfoPhone and InfoQueries — are already live, with the remaining set to go live in the coming weeks. The broader framework spans digital identity, secure communication, privacy-first search, encrypted data storage, authentication, digital contracts, collaboration and large-scale digital broadcasting.
