Born on October 8, 1982, to farmer parents Bapu and Sunita Waychal, Santosh was instilled with the values of hard work and determination from a young age. He later attended the Kadlas High School in Kadlas, Mangola taluka, Solapur district, where he completed his 9th standard.

He joined a network marketing company, Amway, and began working on a part-time basis. Undeterred, Santosh continued to explore new opportunities. He joined a real estate company and worked as a contractor, completing various projects in Solapur and surrounding areas. However, the lack of transparency and unfair practices in the industry led Santosh to re-evaluate his priorities.
In 2015, Santosh decided to venture into the real estate industry once again, this time as a partner in a new company, Siddh Nagesh Builders and Developers. Along with his partners, Sagar Shinde and Sachin Bhosale, Santosh worked tirelessly to establish the company's reputation in the market.
Their hard work paid off, and the company completed several successful projects in Pandharpur and surrounding areas. Santosh's dedication to his work and his commitment to delivering quality projects earned him recognition and respect in the industry.
