Founded by Santosh Kumar Nayak and Sarasweta Patra, Seereon works with growing businesses and educational institutions to replace manual activities and disconnected tools with digital systems designed around their operational requirements.
A Business-First Approach to Software Development
Seereon’s development philosophy begins with understanding how an organization works before designing its software. Rather than focusing exclusively on technical features, the company examines existing workflows, operational challenges, and the information teams need to perform their responsibilities effectively.
This approach is supported by more than two decades of enterprise SAP experience. The company’s understanding of business processes helps inform the design of software that fits organizational requirements and supports practical adoption.
For businesses dealing with multiple departments, complicated workflows, or disconnected systems, customized software can provide a way to bring operations into a more organized digital environment. Seereon aims to develop solutions that address specific challenges instead of requiring businesses to adapt their entire working model to a generic application.
A Significant Achievement in Enterprise Software
One of Seereon’s notable achievements involved replacing a global client’s expensive E2open tool with a custom-built solution. According to the company, the project delivered an estimated return on investment of approximately $1 million over five years.
The outcome demonstrates how customized technology can create financial value when it is aligned with a client’s operational requirements. By building a solution around the client’s needs, the company helped provide an alternative to an expensive existing tool.
This project reflects Seereon’s broader focus on delivering software that contributes to measurable business outcomes. The company believes technology investments should be evaluated not only through implementation costs but also through their long-term operational and financial benefits.
Improving Sales Operations Through Custom CRM
Seereon also develops software to support customer management and sales processes. One example is its custom CRM solution for Digitalratha, which reportedly increased the client’s sales closing rate by 27%.
Customer relationship management systems can help organizations maintain better visibility into customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up processes. A customized CRM can further address the specific ways a business manages leads and coordinates its sales team.
The Digitalratha project illustrates Seereon’s focus on solving practical business problems through purpose-built software.
Expanding Its Own Technology Portfolio
Alongside its consulting and development services, Seereon is expanding its portfolio of proprietary products.
SeerHR is a human resource management system intended to support employee-related processes. The company aims to expand the platform and reach more than 100,000 employees by 2031.
EdureoneCampus is an AI-powered, end-to-end school ERP designed to support educational institutions with connected academic and administrative operations. Seereon has secured a multi-campus ERP contract with Mother’s Public School, with the implementation scheduled to go live in October 2026. The company aims to reach more than 100,000 students through EdureoneCampus by 2029.
SeerOS is designed for C-suite executives and business leaders who need a consolidated view of productivity, delivery, and revenue bottlenecks. It aims to help management teams identify areas where business processes may be slowing down.
New Solutions for Specialized Industries
Seereon is also developing MineReon, an end-to-end mining ERP that will cover production, dispatch, and compliance workflows. The product is intended to address the connected operational requirements of businesses in the mining sector.
In addition, the company is designing an inventory management product for Indian manufacturers. This initiative reflects its continued focus on developing software that addresses industry-specific processes and operational needs.
Building Technology Around Business Needs
As organizations continue to modernize their operations, Seereon aims to combine enterprise consulting experience with custom development and focused software products. Its approach emphasizes understanding business requirements, improving workflow visibility, and developing systems that teams can use effectively.
With its growing product portfolio and ongoing development initiatives, Seereon Consulting & IT Services Private Limited is working to support businesses and institutions as they move toward more connected and organized digital operations.
