This marks RBS’s second strategic acquisition in India, following the acquisition of Winsar Group, further strengthening RBS’s presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing hospitality markets and underscoring its commitment to building locally relevant, operator-first technology.
The acquisition strengthens RBS’s AI roadmap by combining its hospitality software platforms with Retvens’ applied revenue management expertise and its proprietary platform, KnowMyHotel. Together, the organizations will help operators move beyond static pricing and intuition-led decisions toward intelligent, continuously learning revenue strategies that dynamically respond to demand patterns, distribution performance, seasonality, and competitive market shifts.
