Please Kill Me Review: Jagjeet Sandhu Is The Show Stealer Of This Crime Thriller Movie

‘Please Kill Me’ is currently the most talked about and popular movie of Chaupal on social media. Yes, this is another original movie of the recently launched OTT platform Chaupal. And as the name suggests; Please Kill Me, the movie is a suspense crime thriller. 

It stars Jagjeet Sandhu in the lead role, while Megha Sharma and Karanveer Khullar are seen playing the second leads. Apart from these three, the movie also stars actors like Parkash Gadhu, Surinder Arora, Sukhi Chahal, Anita Meet, Fida Gill, Kumar Ajay and Vikram Chouhan in the supporting roles. 

While most of the actors mentioned above have done amazing jobs, we are absolutely stunned by the power-packed and commendable acting skills of Jagjeet Sandhu. Though we don’t doubt his calibre in any way, this movie has proved once again that he is growing and becoming finer with every new project. We cannot imagine an actor performing this role even a bit better than what he did. We aren’t sure about what your possible reaction would be after watching the movie, but one thing is for sure that you will become a Jagjeet Sandhu fan by the time you finish watching it. 

After Jagjeet, the second actor who impressed us with his acting skills is Karanveer Khullar who played the smart cop. And if we talk about the performance of Megha Sharma, she has marked her acting debut with the movie, but there were various moments in the movie, where her performance was not very promising. Since her character was the most important and prominent, it looked extremely dull and lifeless on screen. If her dialogue delivery and expressions were better, the overall performance of the actress and the movie as well could have outshined.  

Now talking about the story of the movie, as already mentioned, it is a crime thriller with a good effort of maintaining the suspense. The story is all about love, revenge, and helplessness. We also have to praise the direction of Prem Singh Sidhu because he has made sure to interlink the small details and make the movie an engaging one. 

At various points, it will keep on unveiling the knots and answer your questions, but the suspense will be revealed in the end. 

Please Kill Me, surely is a great one-time watch and especially for the people who are looking for a break, you can watch it because the suspense drama is going to work like a mind activity for you.
