Founded in January 2023 by Sagar, a seasoned yogi with 18 years of experience, Pancha Koshas bridges the wisdom of traditional yoga with the artistry of aerial movement. Inspired by his journey through Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, Sagar’s discovery of aerial yoga in France ignited a vision: to create a structured and immersive learning experience for this evolving practice.
At Pancha Koshas, aerial yoga isn’t just an add-on; it’s a comprehensive discipline. The school offers India’s first 185-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC), ensuring graduates gain both certification and a deep understanding of aerial yoga as an art and practice.

Commitment to Safety & Excellence
At Pancha Koshas, quality training and safety come first. Certification requires rigorous practice, with students training for three months post-TTC before evaluation. To maintain ethical teaching standards, graduates cannot teach in Rishikesh for three years post-certification.
