Neela Sangameshwar exits Delhivery after 2.5-year stint as Director of Operations, Telangana

Prior to joining Delhivery, Neela built a diverse leadership portfolio across Mahindra & Mahindra’s vehicle operations, and held multiple roles at Amazon, both in India and the United Kingdom, where he contributed to scaling large-scale fulfilment and transport operations programs.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Neela is recognized for his expertise in operations strategy, digital transformation, and people centric leadership.

Commenting on his exit, Neela said, “It’s been an immensely fulfilling journey at Delhivery one that tested and strengthened our collective capabilities as a team. I’m proud of what we achieved in the region and grateful for the collaboration and trust that made it possible.”
