Pune, 19 November 2025: Magical Charmant LLP successfully hosted the prestigious Manikarnika Awards 2025 , a two-day grand celebration dedicated to honoring and empowering women entrepreneurs across Maharashtra. The event, held in Pune, celebrated women who are redefining leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship in their respective fields.
The ceremony was graced by eminent personalities. Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Sunita Karad ji , Executive Director, MIT Art, Design & Technology University, Pune, addressed the gathering with an inspiring message on women's contribution in economic and social development. She was joined by Adv. Pooja Terwad ji , Co-Founder of Startup Gig, who appreciated the platform for enabling women-led businesses to flourish. The event was further honored by Guest of Honor Prof. Dr. Anita Khatke Gavade , Director, AIMS – Jadhavar Group of Institute, who applauded the determination and entrepreneurial spirit showcased by the awardees.
The distinguished jury panel included Adv Aishwarya Ambike ( IP practitioner, Trademark agent on government website) , Upma mujamdar (Director & HR head- Xapsol Xtramile People Solution Pvt Ltd ) , Disha Shah ( Lead Technology department - Eywa Solution Pvt Ltd ) , and Anagha Pathak (Co-founder , Director - Unity I.E World Pvt Ltd.) , who carefully evaluated all participants with expertise and fairness.
The two-day event began on 18 November 2025 with the Jury Round , where 53 finalists presented their business concepts, achievements, and impact stories before the jury, followed by an interactive Q&A session. After thorough evaluation, 30 Title Winners were selected based on innovation, excellence, social influence, and entrepreneurial strength.
