At the heart of the initiative is the Associate model, which has been designed to empower local educational entrepreneurs who want to contribute to the development of their communities through schooling. Under the model, partners joining the program will receive comprehensive operational systems, professional guidance and end-to-end management support, while continuing to operate under the trusted LFCS brand identity. The approach is intended to give local partners access to a structured educational framework while allowing them to focus on serving the needs of children and families in their respective communities.
The importance of such a model lies in the fact that establishing a school involves much more than putting together classrooms and infrastructure. A dependable school requires systems, academic structure, operational discipline and a clear understanding of children’s learning needs. The LFCS Associate model is therefore positioned around providing partners with support that extends beyond the initial establishment of a school. Through operational systems and professional guidance, the initiative aims to create a more organised pathway for educational entrepreneurs seeking to enter or strengthen their presence in the schooling sector.
The launch event also brought together prominent voices who expressed their support for the initiative. The program was inaugurated by renowned Super 30 founder Anand Kumar, who attended the event as a distinguished guest and extended his support to the cause. His presence added significance to an initiative centred around widening access to education and encouraging greater participation in the development of children’s learning environments.
The event also received support from Bollywood actor Sharman Joshi, who shared a special video message that was played during the launch. In his message, Joshi highlighted the important role schools can play in shaping children beyond conventional academic learning. He said, “I believe that shaping children into life-skilled individuals is not just the responsibility of parents, but of schools as well. That is why LFCS has taken this vital initiative. Instead of just talking about change, we must demonstrate it through action!”
The message reflects one of the central ideas behind the initiative: education has a role that extends beyond textbooks and examinations. Schools are among the environments where children spend a significant part of their formative years, making the quality of that environment important not only for academic development but also for the broader development of life skills. The Associate program seeks to strengthen this idea by creating learning environments that remain child-focused while being supported by a structured operational system.
For LFSC Director Murlidhar Yadav, the launch is also a reflection of the belief that meaningful educational expansion requires collaboration. Local entrepreneurs understand the needs and aspirations of their communities, while an established school framework can provide the systems and guidance required to translate those aspirations into a functioning educational institution. Bringing these two elements together forms the foundation of the Associate model.
The Pan-India nature of the initiative further underlines the ambition behind the program. Instead of approaching school expansion solely as a conventional franchise opportunity, LFCS has positioned the Associate model around the larger objective of creating access to dependable education in communities seeking economical fee options. This approach places affordability and educational structure at the centre of the expansion strategy.
Another important aspect of the model is the opportunity it creates for individuals who want to contribute to education while building a sustainable local educational enterprise. By offering professional guidance, operational support and an established brand identity, LFCS aims to provide partners with a framework within which they can develop their schools while maintaining consistency with the larger educational vision of the organisation.
The launch therefore represents more than the introduction of a new school-associated model. It signals an attempt to create a wider ecosystem in which educational institutions, local entrepreneurs and communities can work together toward a shared objective. The underlying philosophy remains straightforward: quality education should not be restricted by geography or economic circumstances, and communities should have opportunities to build dependable learning environments for their children.
As the initiative moves forward, its success will ultimately be measured by the schools and learning environments created through the model and the experience of the children and families they serve. For LFCS, the Associate program provides a platform to take its educational vision into new communities while giving local partners the systems and support required to participate in that journey.
Concluding the successful launch, LFSC Director Murlidhar Yadav delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing sincere gratitude to the distinguished guests, partners and supporters who came together for the occasion. His closing remarks reaffirmed the larger purpose behind the initiative and its focus on collective participation in expanding educational opportunities.
With the launch of the Pan-India budget school franchise initiative, LFCS is now looking toward a new phase of expansion built around partnership, structured support and accessibility. At its centre remains the message of “Mission Education! Mission India!”, reflecting the organisation’s stated commitment to taking education to more communities and creating opportunities for children through dependable, child-focused schooling.
