He then established International Placewell Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (IPC) in 1996, a consultancy service which assists students in realizing their dreams of going abroad through counseling and mentoring. The company started out assisting only with UK universities and is now one of the best known education consultancies in India with nearly three decades of experience.
IPC is the official representative of over 500 universities in the UK, USA, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Dubai, Singapore and some other renowned places. His long associations with universities and concern about the success of the students made him earn great reputation in the field. So much so that parents sometimes lovingly call him as the "Shah Rukh Khan of the UK Education Industry."
Furthermore, the growth of the company has also seen contributions from Parul Mittal, who has been a part of IPC since 2000. A topper from Modern School, Barakhamba Road, she pursued studies in Economics at SRCC and then went ahead to study law from University of Delhi. In her capacity at IPC, she has helped many students in building their profile, SOPs, essays and interviews.
