The London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD) is setting the stage to hold events this summer for those who are seeking healing, clarity, and purpose. At the forefront of this initiative is CEO and Director of LOSD, Prof. Dr. Parin Somani.
LOSD’s Summer 2025 initiatives include a series of high-impact events. These events will focus on leadership, empowerment, innovation, and well-being. LOSD will host several major initiatives in July across London and Scotland, creating meaningful opportunities for professionals, educators, and changemakers to learn, grow, and connect.
A Season of Opportunity and Impact:
LOSD’s Summer 2025 calendar begins on July 10th at the House of Commons, UK Parliament, where global leaders and professionals will come together for an event focused on education, climate change,sustainability, and social justice. The gathering will include impactful discussions while recognising those making significant contributions to society through the LOSD Excellence Awards. Nominations — including self-nominations — are open until June 10, 2025, and submit 300-words of biography to admin@losd.co.uk.
This event not only offers visibility in one of the UK’s most respected venues but also provides attendees with access to decision-makers, public figures, and innovators seeking real-world solutions to global challenges.
A Retreat for Personal and Professional Transformation:
From July 14th - 17th, 2025, LOSD will host a 4 day Retreat in Glasgow, Scotland. This four-day experience is designed for entrepreneurs, business leaders, and visionaries looking to recharge, realign, and rebuild.
The retreat includes Yoga, breathwork, sound healing, AI, technology, confidence workshops, communication, public speaking, social media promotion, professional photography, gourmet food, beauty & wellness checkups.

Celebrating Kindness and Global Leadership Through Losd Publishing House:

The Book of Kindness: This Book collects real-life stories about acts of kindness. Submit 500 words to admin@losd.co.uk. Deadline is 30th May 2025.
25 Visionaries of the World 2025: It is a coffee table book spotlighting changemakers across industries — from education to health, human rights to innovation. This publication will honour leaders whose actions inspire progress and purpose. Visionaries can share a 500-word profile of their journey by May 30, 2025 for inclusion and email to admin@losd.co.uk The books offer contributors opportunities for visibility and professional recognition.
