Formoura Private Limited, a manufacturer and exporter of cow dung-based organic fertilisers, cakes, and spiritual products headquartered in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and Dharani Bio Organics Private Limited, a manufacturer of organic agricultural inputs headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, have announced a strategic business collaboration to expand the manufacturing and market reach of cow dung-based organic products.
Under the collaboration, both companies will work together on the manufacturing and commercial distribution of cow dung-based organic manure, granules, and liquid organic fertilisers. The partnership brings together Dharani Bio Organics’ manufacturing capabilities and Formoura’s marketing, sales, and distribution network.
As outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Dharani Bio Organics Private Limited will be responsible for manufacturing the agreed products, while Formoura Private Limited will lead marketing, sales, and distribution across India and international markets.
Formoura has established a pan-India network and a growing export presence in cow dung-based fertilisers, cakes, and spiritual products. Through this partnership, the company aims to strengthen its market penetration, explore new business opportunities, and make its organic product portfolio accessible to a wider customer base.
The MoU was formally signed by Mr. Suraj Kumar Das, CEO and Founder of Formoura Private Limited, and Ms. P. B. Anjali, identified as HSBO of Formoura, along with Mr. G. Gurunadham, Director of Dharani Bio Organics Private Limited, and Mr. Raja Reddy, Mr. Sateesh, and Mr. Elisha, representing Dharani Bio Organics Private Limited.
