An award-winning director, actor, writer, and producer, Ginita is no stranger to excellence. Every project she has helmed to date has won IMDb-qualified international film awards, making her one of the most dynamic and decorated South Asian voices in Europe. And now, she’s using that voice to champion her roots on one of the world’s most prestigious stages.
After receiving her official Cannes accreditation, Ginita took the reins as a proud lifetime member of IMMPA (Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association) and launched a bold new cinematic series: “WHAT A F – WHAT A FILM”. The “F” stands for “Film” — fearless, free, and full of fire.

The Cannes edition of WHAT A F – WHAT A FILM is a special episode initiative by IMMPA x Global Tara Entertainment, created to give Indian filmmakers, talent, and diaspora representation on international media — especially in Europe, where that presence remains limited despite rich contributions.
The series premiere opens with the powerful film Bandaa Singh Chaudhary, produced by Arbaaz Khan Productions and starring Arshad Warsi, Meher Vij, and Arbaaz Khan. With behind-the-scenes access and emotional interviews, Ginita sets the tone for a series that is equally celebratory and cinematic.
