Dr Shraddha Kulkarni, the winner of Mrs India 2018 (West Zone), has always looked at the prestigious crown as a responsibility to make a difference in people's lives. She has been actively associated with various NGOs. Her experience in management, consulting and training brought her the idea of being a catalyst for positive image management amongst everyone.
With this philosophy, Dr Shraddha has started her venture named Panaache The Transformation Academy. As MD and CEO at Panaache, Shraddha believes in having an innovative approach to making people aware of their limitless potentials and introducing them to enormous opportunities to create impact through self-transformation. With this purpose in mind, she combined this idea with coming up with an initiative to help women, at least a few of them, to realize their dreams and recognize their power within. Dr Shraddha is organizing an empowering event for women to uplift, inspire, and transform women from all spheres of society. Dr Shraddha actively contributes to social work and works as State President for Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Life Skills Council. She is joining hands with Monika Joshi as a Co-organizer and Nidhi Bhatewara as Communication Head. This event titled Miss and Mrs India Icon 2021 Queen Panaache is affordable and designed uniquely to ensure that the contestants get the best-in-class experience and self-transformation training. This event is organized on a No Profit No Loss basis with nominal charges.
Along with providing opportunities to the contestants, the organizers are also selecting women from different walks of life who are either from economically weaker sectors, mentally or physically challenged or survived societal challenges and are downtrodden. These women will be an integral part of this event, and they will be provided with essential training for free. They will be guided for being more confident and independent. Many other partners also support this social cause, including Hotel Bird Valley, Chinchwad as Venue Partner, Lakme Academy Kharadi and Pratichi Priya as Makeup Partners, Lolo Rosa as Designer Outfit Partner, Aara Natural and RK's Herbal World as Gifting Partners, Bake it Cake Eat as Celebration Partner and Ravi Shinde and Mihir Negandhi as Photography Partner. This event is also supported by Dr Yogesh Daudkhane as NLP Trainer, Yashika Jain as Yoga Trainer, Swagati Solankure as Mentor and Nadeem Kaji as Motivational Speaker. India's first Alopecian Model Ketki Jani, is the Brand Ambassador for this event. The Auditions have started, and the finalists are already expressing how empowered they are feeling right from Day One. This one of a kind event will take place in the last week of December 2021 at Pune, Maharashtra, where contestants from all across the country will be participating. Through this event, Panaache is spreading a message that beauty doesn't have a very narrow definition and is not limited to physical features. Beauty instead is a light of heart that ignites from within and touches the mind and soul. Every woman is beautiful in her way, and it is essential to make her realize that.
