<p>Each one of us in this world just loves to eat. Food plays an important role in our lives. It gives us energy and happiness &amp; specially being a North Indian we all to live &amp; love to eat.<br>Every bite of Kadi chawal reminds me of my childhood memories how yummy my mom used to make it &amp; I still remember the taste of that maa ke hath ka ghar ka khana but my favorite junk was also chowmein which has a special essence that makes it so joyful and special. But, despite all the food served in cafes and restaurants, home-cooked food, or "Ghar ka Khana," is the best.<br>This love for food got doubled when I got married to the love of my life Abhishek Kumar, who equally loves food like me.</p>

<p>Pork Lard is pure pork fat. It is made by extracting fat from animal tissue relaxation. Rendering is the technique of separating fats by cooking, steaming or dry heat.
