1. Indeed you are a multifaceted personality, how has been your life by far in the last 20 years?

- Although my life has been full of ups and downs and has not been like other people, that moment marked a turning point in my life. It taught me valuable lessons and helped shape who I am at this point in my life. I have appreciated every high and low in life, but I have always maintained my vision through hard work. I believe I still have a lot to accomplish. My life has been my biggest teacher and a source of inspiration for me. I have given wings to every talent, skill, and knowledge I possess. I can state with confidence that the difficulties I faced in my early years have paid off handsomely in the present, when I feel respected, cherished, and loved by everyone around me. As I've already stated, I believe I still have a long way to go.

2. Please enlighten usabout Yes Academy.

- ‘Yes Academy’ stands with the full form of ‘Your Earning System’. ‘Yes Academy’ was founded with the goal of empowering everyone to become financially independent. Financial literacy is crucial in today's date for all age groups which is also impossible without an earning system for everyone. However, if a person's earning potential fluctuates in any way, it hinders their ability to achieve financial independence. Many people have lost their jobs as a result of the pandemic, so I decided to start Yes Academy to educate and keep people informed so that, in the event of any unforeseen events, they would be able to support themselves only on the basis of their talent and with the aid of the internet. ‘Yes Academy’ envisions making people aware so that everyone can survive under any financial emergency.

3. How do you define success?

- The definition of success varies from person-to-person basis the priority of their life but for me success means a small step that can create a humongous change in life. Success is not a tagline that depends on how rich your financial status is, but a small act that’s creating a positive impact in your life is actually what success is all about.

4. As a wellness and lifestyle coach, what is your observation of today'sgeneration?

- No matter how affluent you are, in my opinion, if you don’t have sound health, everything ultimately fails. Your physical and mental well-being are blessings from the Almighty, but it is your duty to take good care of them. Somewhere, the changes to our environment are affecting our health as well. Because our lifestyle ultimately has an impact on how we look and feel, we must practice self-control when it comes to what we eat and how often we exercise.

5. How do you coach someone whose physical health is impacting their mental health?

- It varies from person to person, depending also on how serious the circumstance is and at what level it first arose. I begin the counseling after assessing the overall health of a person, and I explain what has to be done and how it should be done to help them feel more confident. No matter how hard you attempt to persuade people otherwise if their confidence is not boosted, it will never have any effect on them. It's crucial to have self-confidence since it makes you successful in all facets of life and ensures that you triumph in any situation.

6. As a stock market forex trainer, please highlight the importance of the financial independence of today's youths.

- The country's government is the only entity that can reform the educational system, but it doesn't seem to cover topics like finance and law. When it comes to finances, anyone who lives outside of India always takes expert advice before making any type of investment. Every salaried worker in the modern era struggles when it comes to saving money in India. In that situation, if we teach every youth about financial literacy at an early age in their career, after a certain number of years that small amount of saving will eventually replace millions of rupees. However, without proper knowledge,it isn’t possible. How much you save from your earnings matters more than how much you make, for sure!

7. You are in the field of cryptocurrency it’s been many years now, how do you support the statement of cryptocurrency being a sustainable market. Does it have a future?

- Cryptocurrency is a wide topic, and in light of this tendency, I believe it is only for individuals with extensive education and huge monetary resources. However, everyone who wants to invest in cryptocurrencies must take a significant risk, which is difficult for most common people because it requires a significant financial commitment. In my opinion, it is also practically impossible to do so. Few people are familiar with it yet, and less than 4% of people globally are involved in it. However, cryptocurrency has experienced such huge development throughout its history in terms of big returns on modest investments that it is impossible to succeed in it without any special abilities or understanding. I believe that everyone in India should be aware of cryptocurrencies and that everyone should continue to invest even a small sum—a few hundred or thousands of rupees—in cryptocurrencies because they provide larger returns.

8. What is your words of wisdom for today's youth?

- Time is very important and it waits for none, so I feel with every change every youth must keep themselves updated and educated with various advancements so that further in the future they are not barred from any skills and knowledge when they actually need to amend in practical life.

9. Anything else you wish to share.?

- Throughout my life, I have interacted with a variety of people and took classes all over the world. After considering everything, I have come to the conclusion that "Knowledge has no expiration date." The more you learn, the better you understand the world around you, but this does not necessarily indicate that you can put it into practice. Similar to mistakes, they are a part of life and must never be repeated. Instead, we must learn from them and never make the same mistake twice. You become stronger as a result of it!

Nas Suresh Krishna is Chennai based entrepreneur who started his first startup h. We asked him how he started his company without any money and making money out of nothing but his skills and knowledge. Slowly we began to interact with him, and he shared a few things about his journey.

How did you start your company?

He said WolfersTech was not started in a well-planned way. Still, it didn't happen in a night. He said, “I had dreamed of starting a business and running it, but I didn't feel comfortable with it on those days because I was undergoing some personal stuff. My own friends backstabbed me because I was not enough for doing things. Those incidents pushed me towards loneliness, and yeah, at the moment, NAS Suresh Krishna turned to "Lone wolf." Later days passed, I didn't even had my personal computer or laptop. I used to borrow from a good friend, surf the internet, complete a few programming and digital marketing courses, and get certified on those things. One day in the early morning, I started to design a logo for WolfersTech and its website. In fact, while I began to design logo, I didn't even had a proper name for the company. I chose Wolf from Lone wolf and added 'ers' for plural form, so it turns 'Wolfers' and just included 'tech' So it's how WolfersTech started.”

Do you really think everyone can start a startup?

Well yes, everyone can be what ever they want to be but thing is we have to do it. If we wish something to happen, it never happens, so give a try to it.

What do you think about the Indian education system vs entrepreneurs do you think it creates opportunities for people to become entrepreneurs?

Actually entrepreneurship is not a role nor title it's a mindset. In Indian education we don't allowed to fail if we didn't we don't learn and things are getting changed and many people started to chase their dreams.

What would you say to people who have a passion and still waiting for opportunities?

I as mentioned early, if you want your dreams to come into reality go get it and opportunities won't come to you. You have to create it. Ask a question to yourself. Are you interested in your goals or are you committed to your goals? If you are interested in goals, you will find a reasons when you fail. But, when you are committed to your goals you will find a way to accomplish it.

What would be your advice to young Founders?

Firstly I don't call it as advise but kind of knowledge sharing. I say, you should form a good team and treat them in well manners. Because My team taught me many things. In specific, I learnt the HR skills from my team mate Swarna, marketing skills from Ram, patience from Ajith, technical things from Swetha and Nithesh. So, having a good team will make things easier because Teamwork always makes your dreams to work.

We saw your your social media posts and WolfersTech LinkedIn page. It focuses on two things one technology and another one is leadership shall we know why you guys exaggerating leadership?

Leadership is important to every company, not only for companies but also for individual humans. I learnt these things in life from other people who mishandled me. I started to follow leadership and I say if someone treats you wrong, treat them in the right way so they can learn from you. Moreover, a good leader creates another leader and provides equal opportunity for the Team and grows together.

What’s vision you have for your company?

WolfersTech has vision of making AI for everyone in pocket friendly cost and we also have a dream to build other people companies and make life easier and better.

We know Suresh you are also involved in other stuffs apart from WolfersTech. Can you share that with us?

Well, yes I use to write poetry, quotes, later it turned to books. Till now, I have published three books. I use to write but I had no clue until my friend Pavithra gave an idea of publishing a book. I tried and published it in zero cost since it's a ebook.

 As an entrepreneur, what matters a lot to you?

I believe in one thing as an entrepreneur and I stick to it. One entrepreneur should create another entrepreneur and build a better society for all people. Moreover, live the moment and experience life as you explore new things. Gokul Shrinivas was a state hockey player before an injury ended his career and his prospects for any other for a long time. The injury affected his 10^th board, limiting his picks for college. “Four-Hundred-plus rejections, can you believe it,” he says. Later, while interning for Amazon in IT, he realised electronics was his true love. MinionLabs, a Bengaluru-based startup that helps businesses and buildings become energy efficient, was born out of his final year academic project. And Gokul Shrinivas, aged 26, who is founder and CEO, is determined to see it through.

Energy Monitoring is a complex function that requires either the installation of a traditional meter or a smart meter, with sensors on every device in a house or a building, involving huge capex. The complexity of doing the right thing often dissuades positive action. MinionLabs created a smart AI (artificial intelligence)- and ML (machine learning)-enabled wireless device, which has to be installed only in the Bus Bar Panel Board of a building. The ‘Minion’ can fit in a palm, and detect the activity of each appliance in a home, office or a factory, without any new wiring or sensors.

It uses the unique noise or energy signature an electronic device produces when switched on, and collects up to four million data points per second. The user gets real-time device-level energy consumption analytics of usage and savings on a mobile application. Since it monitors noise signatures, it can also predict when any appliance needs repair, and alerts the user, saving time and cost. The company says it is GDPR compliant.

According to a World Wide Fund for Nature-India evaluation in 2020, MinionLabs has enabled a lifetime savings of 5.25 million kWh of electricity and reduced 3,712 metric tonnes of CO2 emissions. Seventy-three Minions are deployed at 52 buildings across Bengaluru, Chennai and the UAE, with customers including Fortis Healthcare, Cisco Systems, Accenture, MRF India, MSEDCL, Robert Bosch and Ford India. It claims to offer up to 30 percent energy consumption savings per annum.

During Covid-19, as offices and industries – MinionLabs’ target market – shut down, it pivoted to energy management for gated community buildings to survive.

“The technology MinionLabs uses has been around for a long time, but it has productised it successfully, and its self-learning model will accrue more value over time as the Minion gains market share. MinionLabs helps reduce capital expenditure and reduce electricity wastage,” says Mohan Kumaramangalam, working president, Tamil Nadu Congress Committee, who led pre-seed funding round from Indian Angel Network in March 2020.

“Although the recognition is an individual one, getting here was certainly not a one-man’s show. I'd like to take this opportunity and thank everyone who has been a part of my journey.
