The 15th Global Communication Conclave – “Communication for new decade, Mapping the megatrends” recently held on September 17, at Hotel Fern Kadamba, Panjim, Goa.
The program was jointly organized by the PRCI (Public Relations Council of India) and YCC (Young Communicator Club) with the glorious presence of Chief Minister Pramod Sawant as a chief guest.
The PRCI Chanakya Awards are presented by PRCI for motivating media professionals, communicators, and social activists across corporate and government sectors. PRCI analyses different dimensions of best communication practices involving communications and public relations in corporate and government sectors and presents the Chanakya Awards to individuals and institutions to recognize their professional standards.

Madhusmita Banerjee won the 12th PRCI Award 2021 for “Excellence in Creating Sustainable Employment Generation”.
Madhusmita is Co-Founder of Seven Boats Academy and Director at Seven Boats Info-System Private Limited. She has more than 13 years of experience with 5+ years in customer dealing in telecommunications and Law and 8+ years of experience in digital marketing services and training strategies. Currently, she handles the internal communication and digital PR of the organization.

Madhusmita co-founded Seven Boats Academy along with Debajyoti Banerjee, who holds the CEO chair, a decade back in 2011.
