Ranjit Bawa and Mahira Sharma leading movie ‘LehmberGinni’ released in cinema halls today. The story of the movie is penned by Ishaan Chopra who is also the director of the movie. So we have watched this movie lately. We are going to review this movie according to various factors..
- Story/Concept The story of this movie is penned by Ishaan Chopra. This story is based upon the simple fact that we should stay with truth otherwise it can affect our life and also of others in a negative way. If we will stay true, everything we want will make its way to reach us. The story contains light-hearted comedy, love, relations, friendship and motivation also. The effort is great but it becomes predictable when it comes to storyline.
- Direction As Ishaan Chopra revealed in interviews, it took 6-7 months in pre-production stage after that they started filming. Moreover, the locations we can see in this movie are so much attractive. Casting and screen timings are also good enough, so we can say that Ishaan Chopra did good work as a director.
- Acting/Characters-Ranjit Bawa played Lehmber in this movie, and we had idea about his character in trailer also. So he was great when it comes to his screen presence and dialogue delivery. On the other side, we can have idea that it is Mahira’s first Punjabi movie from her dialogue delivery. Moreover, the expectations were more from Mahira Sharma. Rest of the star cast such as Madam Nirmal Rishi, Sarbjit Cheema, Kimi Verma and Shivam Sharma, all did great work.
- Music The songs of the movie are sung by various singers including Ranjit Bawa himself. So music part was good. Salamat Ali did great job by singing sad romantic track of this movie. Apart from this, Honey Sarakar, Oye Kunaal, Hashmat Sultana and Bannet Dosanjh also did good jobs. Music is relatable to story.
- Overall This movie is family entertainer, but if you are expecting something new and full of suspense , this movie can disappoint you because story is predictable once you start watching the movie. Filmi Bytes gives 3.5 stars out of 5 to ‘LehmberGinni’.
